Why do stores and restaurants that are open 24/7/365, Have locks on the door?  I might be dumb, but i always wondered? |

If The stores are always open 365 days a year. Then possibly they would close on Feburary 29th every leap year. Therefore Still being open 365 days a year. but needing a lock for the one day! But that sounds stupid.
